OVERVIEW
Effective dust collection begins with understanding your process. We evaluate each application based on process requirements, facility layout, space constraints, dust characteristics, safety considerations, operational goals, and budget — then design and install a system built around what we find.
WHY IT MATTERS
Most underperforming dust collection systems were not badly maintained; they were badly specified. A collector sized from a catalog rather than from measured airflow requirements, branches added over the years without rebalancing the system, ductwork routed for convenience rather than performance. These decisions are inexpensive to get right at the design stage and expensive to correct afterward.
OUR PROCESS
- Evaluation — We assess your equipment, process, dust characteristics, airflow requirements, available space, and safety considerations on your floor.
- Engineering & Design — Systems are modeled in house using AutoCAD, with ductwork routing, equipment placement, and airflow balance worked out before anything is fabricated.
- Equipment Selection — Collectors, filtration, fans, and controls selected to the application rather than to a standard package.
- Safety Integration — Where the application calls for it, combustible dust protection is engineered in from the start rather than added later.
- Fabrication — Ductwork and custom components built in our own shop, with mobile fabrication available for on-site adjustments.
- Installation & Commissioning — Our own field crews install the system and commission it, verifying performance against the design.
- Ongoing Support — Preventative maintenance and monitoring available from the day the system starts up.
