Dust Collection

OVERVIEW

Effective dust collection begins with understanding your process. Industresource evaluates each application based on process requirements, facility layout, space constraints, dust characteristics, safety considerations, operational goals, and budget to develop a solution tailored to your specific needs.

As a core area of expertise, we provide turnkey dust collection solutions from system evaluation, engineering, and equipment selection through installation, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance. Whether you are designing a new system, improving an existing one, or adapting to changing production requirements, our team provides the expertise and ongoing support to help keep your operation running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

WHY IT MATTERS

Uncontrolled dust is more than a housekeeping problem. It degrades air quality, accelerates wear on equipment, and with many common manufacturing materials introduces a real fire and explosion risk. A properly engineered system protects your people, your equipment, and your ability to stay in production. Designing it correctly the first time avoids the cost of retrofits and the downtime that comes with an undersized or poorly balanced system.

WHAT WE OFFER

HIGH VACUUM DUST EXTRACTION

Dust generated by handheld tools is difficult to capture with traditional collection systems. We design and implement high-vacuum extraction that captures fine dust at or near the point of generation, before it can disperse through the work environment.

High-vacuum extraction suits orbital sanding, routing, grinding, and other handheld-tool applications involving wood dust, solid-surface materials, carbon fiber, composites, and other fine particulates. These systems use higher static pressure and targeted airflow through smaller-diameter hoses and piping to provide effective source capture directly at the tool.

OUR PROCESS

We start on your floor, not in a catalog. Our engineers assess your equipment, airflow requirements, and layout, then model the system in house using AutoCAD. From there we move to fabrication and installation, with our own field crews handling the work through commissioning. Once the system is running, preventative maintenance and performance monitoring keep it that way.
